Song at the end of this movie?

Does anyone know the name and artist of the song that plays at the very end of harold & kumar escape from guantanamo bay? when the credits are rolling and they're in that costume store and they're trying on all these weird masks? and the person singing it is like, 'and on & on & on' repeatedly.
