I think the guys in the band have an accent. They just start chanting "hello hello or ello ello" a bunch of times. And it's like a rock song..or something upbeat. It isn't really slow. They might be saying "come on come on come on come on" I know it's not U2 or American Rejects..Like I said I think they are British or English or something. Please help..this song is stuck in my head. I think I heard it on a movie once ._.
